14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your LUMONNE jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in their original LUMONNE packaging
• Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for returns

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp and we will help you find the right fit.
